We’re a CMA-licensed P-Shot® and O-Shot® provider and use FDA-cleared Plexr Plus — not unregulated consumer devices.
What is GlassLIFT, and is there downtime?
GlassLIFT combines nano-ablative plasma, ACT O’FEEL cell-signaling actives and biobotox in one 30–45 minute session. No numbing required, zero downtime, and results are visible the following morning.
Do you offer the P-Shot® and O-Shot®?
Yes. Arbour Longevity is a CMA-licensed provider for both the P-Shot® and O-Shot®. Both are assessed within Gandhi’s complete clinical framework, including hormonal optimization, which significantly amplifies outcomes. All consultations are completely confidential — call (734) 436-3357.
Do you accept insurance?
Arbour Longevity is a cash-pay clinic focused on anti-aging, aesthetic and regenerative medicine — services not typically covered by commercial insurance. Many services, including IV therapy, peptide therapy, hormone labs and medical weight loss, are HSA and FSA eligible, and we provide detailed receipts for reimbursement where applicable. Cash-pay is what allows longer appointments, direct access to Gandhi and decisions driven by clinical judgment.

Open Thursday–Monday, 10am–7pm; closed Tuesday and Wednesday; by appointment only. Telehealth is available statewide for hormone optimization, peptide therapy and medical weight loss.
